The Banquet Set-Up/Tear-Down Team prepares an event space by arranging tables and chairs with proper spacing according to the preferred layout or diagram; distributing and placing linen and napkins; setting tables with correct place settings and other decorative items, if applicable. The Team is also responsible for the teardown and removal of all linen, decorations, dishware, trash, and equipment after the event and ensures the space is cleared and cleaned.
